What?

DANCEFULNESS ©

A fulfilling practice that brings you back to the essentials:
Breath, Movement, Feelings

Dancing to Me

It is the body remembering
what the mind forgets.
Every sway is an act of surrender,
every step a return to now.
The floor becomes the earth,
and your feet—roots and wings
all at once.
It is not about how it looks,
but how it feels
to be moved by the music
inside and around you.

Dancefulness for the Soul

Where mindfulness meets dance in a journey of self-discovery.
Carefully designed, guided meditations will set your mind and body to experience movement with freedom. Selected Latin American music, including folk/traditional and popular, will help you understand and feel the Latino vibes without thinking, but with your true-self.
